C Drive, etc.

The c-drive doesn't necessarily have to have a 1TB+, HD because there is the ability of ample external storage.
However, having a laptop HD with 1, 2 or 3TB certainly provides plenty of local storage. Ideal for those times when one doesn't want to be stuck on a desk top or linked to an unsecured cloud.
