Ray_Kurzweil has done a tremendous amount of research over the decades. However, some areas of research still seems to be lacking. That the universe could be an interactive recording & projection of space & time that consciousness experiences life in. Teleportation is indicative of recording and transmitting data & energy. Time travel is the ability to temporally move through this cosmic matrix.

Then there is the issue of synchronicity, that's indicative of perceiving peculiar patterns of coincidence through this interactive recording. If consciousness & life forms exist on other worlds & dimensions, some of them could be of a malevolent nature.
