Leap Motion Gesture Control Sensor

http://www.gizmag.com/leap-motion-gesture-control-sensor/22644
This isn't going to replace the computer_mouse or the Wii_Remote.

However, it will certainly be a nice handy feature, in addition to all the other accouterments associated with computers.

G and i, etc.

"...the phones are pretty much equal these days. Some would even say Samsung and HTC phones are better because they have bigger screens."

Many consider the i still beats everyone else in terms of providing so many smooth running apps.

However, no technology goes without its problems.

The quality of life for the people that assemble such a phone might be much darker than many people realize.
"In June, about 100 workers went on a rampage at a Chengdu plant in south-west China. The company has faced allegations of poor conditions and mistreatment of workers at its Chinese operations, and has been spending heavily in recent months to raise wages and improve working conditions."

Assembly line work isn't fun & in some ways, its like being in a big technological chicken coup.

Even if the company was renamed to become Miceconn, many of the workers might feel like mice running in a maze.
Its all part of Hamster Wheel Economics, where you just keep spinning a hamster wheel to make a few others on the planet even more wealthy, as you realize that your uneven life has been hacked long ago.

Many people have become accustomed to using pre-set cloud storage systems, but you can build-your-own-icloud or just have external hard drives.

The Akashi Kaikyō Bridge (Pearl Bridge)

A 1995 earthquake causes a change in the bridge. 1990 becomes 1991m & 3910 becomes 3,911m.

The bridge has three spans. The central span is 1,991 m (6,532 ft),[1] and the two other sections are each 960 m (3,150 ft). The bridge is 3,911 m (12,831 ft) long overall. The two towers were originally 1,990 m (6,529 ft) apart, but the Great Hanshin earthquake on January 17, 1995, moved the towers so much (only the towers had been erected at the time) that the span had to be increased by 1 m (3.3 ft).[1]

Although in primary design the AKB was 3,910 meters long overall, with a center span of 1,990 meters, it was extended 1 meter by the Great Hanshin Earthquake...
