EBay is a great way for many people to order things on line. However, these tech stores like Apple, MS, Sony, Samsung,etc., continue to offer a physical environment to look, touch & purchase products directly.
Thus, the physical store setting remains very popular & online_shopping has convenience going for it.
Sometimes a virtual shopping_mall is just as good as a physical mall, especially if one has a cold or just isn't feeling well enough to go out shopping.
