Vancouver and Victoria, BC having some cold weather nights
https://www.accuweather.com/en/ca/vancouver/v6c/june-weather/53286 Well, it looks like Vancouver, BC will have had 20 June days above 20C. Only 10 of those days were over 25C and there were only 2 days that were at least 30C of 86F. That's hardly a June heatwave, but perhaps it is when compared to Alaska and Siberia.
https://weather.gc.ca/data/wxoimages/wocanmap0_e.jpg Yellowknife and Ottawa reached 30C today, but not even close to that in Vancouver and Victoria. https://weather.gc.ca/canada_e.html

Seattle in June
https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/seattle/98104/june-weather/351409 Wow, Seattle actually got to have 18 June days that were at least 70F. That's pretty bad that barely half of June got above 70F. Only 8 days in June reached or exceeded 80F. That's pretty sad to barely have just over a quarter of June in the 80s. However, only 6 days in June were at least 30C or 86F.
https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/anchorage/99501/june-weather/346835 At least Seattle was warmer than Anchorage, Alaska today.
Seattle usually has significantly hotter summer days than Vancouver, BC (V-BC).

Heat dome to bring 90 to 100-degree temperatures to 200 million in US from late June to early July
This is when you really wish that the temperature doesn't get above 30C or 86F.
