By now, any AI appliance not only should have an effective reset feature, but a restoration point to at least the previous firmware setting.

The Flight Simulator and the Brainstorm movie...

https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2022/06/15/free-world-update-x-adds-united-states-and-us-territories-vistas-to-microsoft-flight-simulator

Microsoft_Flight_Simulator continues to grow in popularity.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Flight_Simulator#Reception

What happens when flight simulator technology eventually becomes a seamless blend of AR and VR?

A VR Life_simulation_game can depict any kind of song or story, person, City or world in any era. A bike or a car, an Airplane just Taking_Off or a Starship heading in for Shore_Leave.

That's what the movie Brainstorm implies in a subtle way. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainstorm_(1983_film)#Plot

Brainstorm ends at the Wright_Brothers_National_Memorial with the symbolism of VR being like Aviation,_as_an_emerging_technology. At the start of powered flying machines, the flight simulator-AR concept hadn't caught on yet in 1903, 1904 or 1905. The ending of Brainstorm in 1983 was a time when most people still had no concept of Virtual Reality.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_aviation#Pioneer_Era_(1903-1914)

https://www.twiddy.com/blog/icons-of-the-outer-banks/wright-brothers-legacy-outer-banks

So, the Wright_brothers ideas and inventions lead to the first_powered_flight vehicles with a pilot. This would eventually require the development of the flight_simulator. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_simulator#History_of_flight_simulation

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_simulator#Modern_high-end_flight_simulators

While the Wright brothers never went into flight_simulator R&D, another Wright several decades later, became interested in creating simulated cities and human sims... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Will_Wright_(game_designer)
