This sure looks like a fantastic concept car. With some airtight improvements, electronics and strengthening, it could be like a KITT Car for the 2020s.
A lot of people would like to have their own stealth_ground_vehicle, but only a small percentage of people could afford to own such a vehicle.
Stealth_technology isn't meant to be available at the public consumer level.
Of course the general sports+car is still widely available to the public.
Some people like to custom build their favorite version of The-Batmobile. Its all possible, as long as they have enough money to pay for it.
