The Australia_Square_Tower was the first building permitted to have 50 floors in Australia.
Now it's just an average tall building in Sydney, even if it was in Melbourne or Brisbane. It wouldn't even be the tallest in Perth, but it would be in Adelaide & especially Hobart.
