Several cities can be affected by earthquakes, but they still build up big and tall.

Of course Tokyo, Shanghai, HK, Seoul, SingaporeKuala_LumpurJakarta, Mumbai, Melbourne, Sydney, Ackland, LA, SF & Seattle, aren't afraid to build much taller structures, despite many cities being in an earthquake zone.
