This isn't exactly an underground bunker version of The_Truman_Show. That's because the inhabitants seem to know that they are essentially in an underground sound_stage bunker, with adjustable roof (sky) lights. Fortunately for them, they aren't in a totalitarian situation like THX 1138, but they are stuck down there, nonetheless. They don't have enough perspective and pertinent information about their situation. Indeed, part of their reality is a LIE.
