"Directed panspermia is the deliberate transport of microorganisms in space to be used as introduced species on lifeless but habitable astronomical objects.

Historically, Shklovskii and Sagan (1966) and Crick and Orgel (1973) hypothesized that life on the Earth may have been seeded deliberately by other civilizations. Conversely, Mautner and Matloff (1979) and Mautner (1995, 1997) proposed that humanity should seed other planetary systems, protoplanetary discs or star-forming clouds with microorganisms, to secure and expand its organic gene/protein lifeform." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Directed_panspermia

Oblivion: Tom Cruise and Morgan Freeman vs. ET-AI Drones

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYBxLMHKJU0

Oblivion is the quintessential ET-AI, attack drone movie.

So while Oblivion is a futuristic Sci-Fi, ET-AI desolation movie heavily featuring drones, actual contemporary pilots have encountered what might be a form of very advanced drone technology.

Advanced Propulsion Concepts

If life had started or was started on other worlds millions of years ago, then their propulsion technology would seem like magic around here.

Various science-fiction TV, movies and books depict what might be possible with enough advanced technological development.

There have been decades of UFO_videos and pictures.

No one is officially prepared or authorized at the UN to acknowledge that intelligent life might actually exist on many worlds and have been for a very long time.

Well, Dr. Avi Loeb is intrigued with the concept of Panspermia and the Alien_object_hypothesis.
