The Final_Destination movie series depicts a manipulating force that causes lethal things to happen to certain people. The main theme of these movies is how some people avoid what could have been a deadly incident but something still gets then later on. That was the case for, Hilda-Yolanda-Mayol. In stead of dying in September 2001, she died in November on American_Airlines_Flight_587.
The chain of events seem to have started around 9:11 am on November 12 in 2001.
"The aircraft taxied to Runway 31L behind a Japan Airlines (JAL) Boeing 747-400 (JAL Flight 47) preparing for takeoff. The JAL flight was cleared for takeoff at 9:11:08 am EST. At 9:11:36, the tower controller cautioned Flight 587 about potential wake turbulence from a preceding B747. The first Final_Destination movie was released in March 2000, so that means writing and filming must have at least started in 1999. So many times in books, movies and TV productions, similar scenarios or events will happen. A lot of things can easily be dismissed as just a another coincidence. However, a sense of synchronicity might be perceived when too many peculiar data-points are noticed.
"The original idea was written by Jeffrey Reddick as a spec script for The X-Files in order to get a TV agent. "I was actually flying home to Kentucky and I read a story about a woman who was on vacation and her mom called her and said, 'Don't take the flight tomorrow, I have a really bad feeling about it.' She switched flights and the plane that she would have been on crashed," said Reddick. "I thought, that's creepy—what if she was supposed to die on that flight?" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Destination_(film)#Development
