If the Georgia_Guidestones were intended to be an artistic expression, then part of that expression envisioned a time with a lot less people on the planet. Interesting that most of the 8 billion people on the planet are non White. Thus, any attempt to get the population down from 8 billion to half a billion would imply the reduction of mostly non White people. All throughout history, most of humanity has been non White, because most people haven't been born on the European continent. However, any human population reduction plan would always affect mostly non White people, because most of the world is non White. It's strange that most of the world hasn't been informed of this over the past few decades. Perhaps it was decided that most of the world should remain ignorant of this plan.
