So eventually there could be veterinary robotic surgeons that won't have to run a simulation to operate on digital_pets , zoo and farm animals. Then eventually they could operate on human cadavers and sim versions of human patients. Ultimately, some robotic surgeons will operate on humans, while military robots will kill people. Hopefully, their signals will never get crossed or get their programming hacked.
