Of course anyone that has a lot of extra money can custom build almost any kind of vehicle to their liking.

The South Bay's hottest nightclub in the 1960s was Batman-themed

https://www.sfgate.com/sf-culture/article/Hottest-1960s-Sunnyvale-Batman-bar-16671050.php?IPID=SFGate-HP-CP-Spotlight (Back in the day long before VR & AR, you actually had to go to a nightclub sporting your favorite entertainment themes. Of course The_Matrix_(club) was another fantastic place of choice to frequently experience.)

Of course the 1960s Batman era was nothing like The_Batman era of the 2020s. Yet, several of the familiar aspects have endured throughout the decades.

The Batcycle...

The Batcycle certainly has taken various forms over the years. https://dcextendeduniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Batman's_motorcycles

The Lo Res Car vs. KITT...

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_XDSGzrCG2o , https://www.youtube.com/c/DougDeMuro/videos

This sure looks like a fantastic concept car. With some airtight improvements, electronics and strengthening, it could be like a KITT Car for the 2020s.

A lot of people would like to have their own stealth_ground_vehicle, but only a small percentage of people could afford to own such a vehicle.

Stealth_technology isn't meant to be available at the public consumer level.

Of course the general sports+car is still widely available to the public.

Some people like to custom build their favorite version of The-Batmobile. Its all possible, as long as they have enough money to pay for it.
